Meet our executive chef, Chef Nalan. Born and raised in the port town of Mersin, located in southern Turkey. Nalan moved to New York with her husband and two young children in 2005 to peruse her dreams of being a chef. She moved to Central Florida in 2007 and began working in the kitchens of various restaurants in the area. Since then she's had two more children and found success in her own restaurant, Nalan Sultan Mediterranean Grill, not once, but twice! Once in Apopka and again here in Eustis. She hopes that her lifelong passion for cooking reflects in the dishes created for everyone that walks through the door and finds a new favorite cuisine!
